建立用于治疗奶牛子宫内膜炎复方中兽药栓剂中没食子酸含量测定的高效液相色谱法。色谱柱为Waters Symmetry ShieldTM RP 18(5μm,4.6×250mm),流动相为甲醇-5g/L磷酸(5∶95),流速1.0mL/min,柱温30℃,检测波长273nm,进样量10μL。结果显示,没食子酸进样量在0.201 376μg~2.013 76μg范围内线性关系良好,相关系数为1.000 0,平均加样回收率为100.02%,RSD=1.26%。说明所建立的方法简便、重现性好,专属性强,可用于该复方中兽药栓剂中没食子酸含量的测定。
To establish the HPLC to analyze the content of gallic acid in suppository of Chinese veterinary medicine which is used for treatment of cow endometritis, HPLC column was Waters Symmetry ShieldTM RP 18(5 μm,4.6 min×250 mm),mobile phase consisting of methanol-5 g/L phosphoric acid (5 : 95);flow rate. 1.0mL/min; column temperature. 30℃ ;absorption at 273 nm; the injection volume was 10 μL. The re- suits showed that the range of 0. 201 376 μg-2.013 76 μg gallic acid content and peak area within the sample showed a good linear relationship, R2= 1. 000 0, the recovery ratio was 100.02%, RSD= 1.26 %. It indi- cated that this method is simple,well reproducible, highly specific, and can be used for quality control of gallic acid in suppository of Chinese veterinary medicine.
