郁金散拆方的抑菌与抗炎作用

以体外抑菌作用为指标,采用正交t值法,进行郁金散中主要药味分析及优化组合研究,并进行抗炎试验。结果表明,郁金散拆方对金黄色葡萄球菌最佳抑菌组合为诃子、大黄、黄连和黄柏,预期药效26.0mm;对大肠埃希菌最佳抑菌组合为诃子、黄芩和黄连,预期药效9.4mm;对链球菌最佳抑菌组合为郁金、黄连和黄柏,预期药效18.6mm。根据各药味对3种试验菌D值的贡献,确定郁金散的优化组合方为诃子和黄连,该组方对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠埃希菌、链球菌的抑菌圈直径分别为25.3mm±0.6mm,9.7mm±0.3mm,17.2mm±0.3mm。该方中质量浓度对二甲苯所致小鼠耳廓肿胀有显著抑制作用,高质量浓度对甲醛所致小鼠足跖肿胀有显著抑制作用,说明郁金散优化组合方具有显著抗炎作用。

英文摘要:

Based on bacteriostasis in vitro,the main herbal medicines in Yujinsan and its optimum combination were studied and analyzed by orthogonal t value method,and then anti-inflammation experiments were conducted.The results showed that the most effective antibacterial combination of Yujinsan's disassembled prescription on S.aureus was Fructus Chebulae,Radix et Rhizoma Rhei,Rhizoma Coptidis and Cortex Phellodendri Chinensis,the expected inhibitiory diameter was 26.0mm.The most effective antibacterial combination of Yujinsan's disassembled prescription on E.coli was Fructus Chebulae,Radix Scutellariae and Rhizoma Coptidis,the expected inhibitiory diameter was9.4mm.The most effective antibacterial combination of Yujinsan's disassembled prescription on Streptococcus was Radix Curcumae,Rhizoma Coptidis and Cortex Phellodendri Chinensis,the expected inhibitiory diameter was 18.6mm.According to the contribution of every herbal medicine on three kinds of experimental bacteria to the Dvalue,the Yujinsan optimum combination formula were Fructus Chebulae,Rhizoma Coptidis.Its inhibitiory diameter was 25.3 mm±0.6 mm on S.aureus,9.7mm±0.3mm on E.coli,17.2mm±0.3mm on Streptococcus respectively.Medium concentra-tion of Yujinsan optimum combination formula had significant inhibitory effect on mouse auricle swelling caused by xylene,at high concentration,it had significant inhibitory effect on mouse toe swelling caused by formaldehyde,which showed that Yujinsan optimum combination formula had significant anti-inflammatory effect.The results had guiding significance of Yujinsan's add and subtract the load scientifically on clinical application of the treatment of infectious diseases and its secondary development and utilization.
