为了研究牦牛瘤胃中的厌氧产纤维素菌的生长特性,笔者对采自牦牛瘤胃液样品的4株产纤维素菌株进行分离培养。结果表明：4株产纤维素菌株能够在相应的氮源、碳源、p H值以及表面活性剂存在下正常生长;4株产纤维素菌株分别为SK11株、B2-1株和1株新菌株。
英文摘要：
To study the growth characteristics of anaerobic cellulose- producing bacteria in yak rumen,4 cellulose- producing strains from the samples of yak rumen fluid were isolated and cultured. The results showed that 4 cellulose- producing strains could grow normally in the presence of corresponding nitrogen source,carbon source,p H vale and surfactants. The 4 cellulose- producing strains were demonstrated as AA8 strain,SK11 strain,B2- 1 strain,and a new strain,respectively.
