供试材料为以色列引进的草莓品种S3,在日光温室条件下研究了接种AM真菌(地表球囊霉(Glomus versi forme,简写成G.v)和摩西球囊霉(Glomus mosseae,简写成G.m))对草莓果实产量及根系的影响。结果表明:两种AM真菌均能促进根系生长,提高草莓单果重和单株产量,其中,G.m的促增效果比G.v促增效果显著。两个菌种混合使用比一个菌种促增效果更显著,其中,G.m和G.v菌土各16g的混合处理对草莓根系和产量的促进作用最强,根系活力比对照提高了61.86%,根系干鲜重分别增加72.95%、93.08%,单果重和单株产量分别增加29.64%、44.4%,差异极显著。
The variety ‘S3’ from Israel was studied in the greenhouse to understand the influ- ence of AM mycorrhizal(GZornus versiforme and Glomus mosseae) on the yield and root system of strawberry. The results showed that the root system was improved, and the size of fruit and yield of per plant were increased in the treatment with either of G. m and G. v, compared to the Control (CK). But the effect was more obvious in the treatment with G. m than that with G.v. Moreover, the treatment with both of G. m and G. v was more significant than any single AM mycorrhiza. There was extremely significant difference between the CK and the treatment of 16 g G. m soil and 16 g G. v soil with higher 61.86% root activity, 72.95% dry weight and 93.08% fresh weight of the root, 29. 64% single fruit weight and 44.4% yield of per plant.
