为了探索中药对夏季仔猪湿热泻痢的治疗效果,试验选用十余味中药组成3个配方,对猪标准大肠杆菌[O_（149）∶K_（91）,K_（88ac）（C_（83907））]进行体外抑菌试验,并对临床与实验室确诊为湿热与大肠杆菌协同所致仔猪腹泻的106例自然病例进行治疗。结果表明,3个中药配方制成的口服液对标准致病性大肠杆菌均有一定的抗菌作用,对临床自然病例均有一定治疗效果,但以黄连、乌梅等中药组成的配方2抑菌作用最强,MIC 31.25 mg/m L,治疗效果较好,有效率达94.74%。表明以黄连、乌梅等为主药的中药配方能有效治疗临床中由湿热或大肠杆菌引起的仔猪腹泻。

In order to explore the therapeutic effect of traditional Chinese medicine on damp heat and diarrhea piglets in summer, three heat dampness prescriptions were selected for swine dysentery standard E.coli（O_（149）∶K_（91）,K_（88ac）（C_（83907）））, and 106 naturally diarrhea cases diagnosed by clinical and laboratory diagnosis were treated. The results showed that prescription 2 present better inhibitory effects on swine E.coli in vitro. In the middle of the hot and humid environment, the diarrhea piglets gavaged prescription 2 appeared better clinical treatment with effective rate of 94.74%, which had no significant difference（ P 0.05）compared with prescription 1 and prescription 3. It is concluded that the prescription mainly including Coptis chinensis Franch and Fructus Mume might cure diarrhea piglet causing by damp heat and E.coli in clinic.
