为了研究复方中药板芩肺热清口服液对小鼠止咳、消炎、祛痰的作用,试验采用浓氨水诱咳法观察止咳作用;采用二甲苯致炎法观察抗炎作用;采用小鼠酚红排泌法观察化痰作用。结果表明：板芩肺热清口服液可明显延长浓氨水引起小鼠咳嗽的潜伏期,并可减少小鼠2 min内咳嗽的次数;板芩肺热清口服液对由二甲苯引起的小鼠耳廓肿胀有明显的抑制作用;板芩肺热清口服液能明显增加小鼠呼吸道的酚红排泌量。说明复方中药板芩肺热清口服液对小鼠止咳、消炎、祛痰具有明显作用。
英文摘要：
To investigate the antitussive, anti - inflammatory and expectorant effects of compound traditional Chinese medicine on mice, the methods of cough, inflammation induced by xylene and phenol red excretion were used to observe its antitussive, anti - inflammatory and expec- torant effects in mice, respectively. The results showed that the Banqin Feireqing oral liquid could obviously prolong the latent period of induced by concentrated ammonia and decreased the times of cough in mice within 2 minutes ; the Banqin Feireqing oral liquid had an inhibitory effect on xylene - induced ear swelling in mice; the Banqin Feireqing oral liquid could obviously increase the amount of phenol red excretion of respir- atory tract in mice. The results indicate that the compound traditional Chinese medicine Banqin Feireqing oral liquid has obviously antitussive, anti -inflammatory and expectorant effects in mice.
