为了优选宫衣净酊的渗漉提取工艺条件,以主药红花有效成分羟基红花黄色素A(HSYA)含量和渗漉浸膏得率为考察指标,选择乙醇体积分数、溶媒用量、渗漉速度和浸渍时间为考察因素,采用L9(34)正交实验法对宫衣净酊渗漉提取工艺进行优化筛选.结果表明,宫衣净酊优选工艺为加入10倍量70%乙醇,浸渍24 h,以2 mL/(min·kg)进行渗漉提取.优选的工艺条件稳定、可行、有效成分浸出率高.

英文摘要:

To optimize the percolation extraction process of Gong - Yi - Jing tincture. The L9 ( 34 ) orthogonal trial was investigated to optimize the extraction process of Gong - Yi - Jing tincture. A general full factorial design with four factors (ethanol concentration, the volume of percolation liquid, soaking time and percolating speed) and each factor with three levels was implemented. HSYA ( Hydroxysafflor yellow A) content and the extraction rate in the percolation extraction were taken as the measure index; HSYA is an effective component of principal drug safflower carthamus L. and was determined by high - performance liquid chromatography method. The result of the orthogonal trial showed that the optimized extraction condition was to use the soak the medicinal materials for 24 h with 10 times share of 70% ethanol and collect the percolation liquid by 2 mL/( rain ~ kg). The optimized extraction process was stable, practicable and cost savings with a good yield of components in extract superior to the former extraction process.
