In the novel Great Changes in a Mountain Village, the reasons for labour and revolution to ZHANG Gui- zhen＇s personal feelings are shown in her depression. However, to SHENG Jia-xiu~s personal ones, they are expressed as ex- citement. ZHOU Li-bo hovered between the modern lyric and traditional narration, which highlights the image of an explorer for the literary localization.
