实验结果表明:为了保证复合界面达到良好的冶金结合,低合金钢须在1550℃进行浇注,高铬铸铁需在1530~1500℃下浇注。高铬铸铁浇注温度会影响碳及合金元素从高铬铸铁向低合金钢扩散,从而改变复合界面的力学性能。复合界面达到良好冶金结合的时候,复合界面显微硬度从低合金钢→界面结合区→高铬铸铁呈梯度增加,并存在一个稳定的过渡区,有利于改善使用过程中的受力状态,避免在结合区发生断裂。
The results showed that in order to ensure that a composite interface can get to a good metallur- gical bonding, low alloy steel casting should be around 1550℃, high chromium cast iron casting under 1540 -1500℃. High chromium cast iron casting temperature will affect the carbon and alloy elements diffusion from high chromium cast iron to low alloy steel, and transform the mechanical properties of the composite interface. Composite interface microhardness increased from low alloy steel to interface bonding area to high chromium cast iron and there is a stable transition region when composite interface to achieve a good metallurgical combination, this is conducive to improve the state of stress in using and avoid fracture in combination zone.
