本文以C-D生产函数为基础，通过引入新变量科技投入，进而研究资本、劳动和科技三个要素下安徽省经济增长情况。搜集安徽省1998～2014年的时间序列数据，运用Eviews软件对安徽省经济发展进行实证分析，分析结果表明自1998年以来，安徽省资本、劳动和科技的产出弹性分别为0．69、0．23、0．08，要素贡献率分别为79．02％，2．86％、16．11％。就安徽省经济增长表现出的“资本驱动”特征，提出提高劳动质量，增强科技力量，加快经济转型等建议。
英文摘要：
Based on C--D production function and by introducing a new variable investment in science and technology, this paper studies the economic growth in Anhui province with the three elements of capital, labor, and science and technology.We have gathered time series data in Anhui province from 1998 to 2014, and have uses Eviews software on economic development in Anhui province based on the empirical analysis. The analysis shows that, since 1998, the output elasticity of capital, labor, science and technology in An- hui province was 0.69, 0.23, 0.08, respectly,factor contribution rates were 79.02%, 2.86%, 16.11%.An- hui Province economic growth shows the characteristics of ＂capital drive＂.So we put forward to improve the quality of labor,increase the strength of science and technology,and speed the economic transformation.
