针对道路通行能力定量选取6个主要指标,使用先状态分类后趋势分析的方法得到指标体系;模拟小区开放状态,建立拓扑结构概率分析模型、基于模糊理论的ACI模型,分析不同类型小区的开放与封闭对道路通行能力的影响。得出外环式与网格式小区开放不能改善交通拥堵状况,内环式小区分时段开放在一定程度上可以提高道路通行能力。

Selecting six main indexes according to highway capacity quantitatively, using state classification first and trend analysis method later to get the index system, simulating the open state of the plot, the topology probability analysis model and the ACI model based on fuzzy theory are established, analyzing different types of open and closed the impact on the traffic capacity. Outer ring and the net open format plot cannot improve traffic congestion and the inner ring type plot open at different times can improve the traffic capacity to a certain extent.
