Aiming at the problem of determining the video location, we make a comprehensive analysis of the correlation between the solar elevation angle, solar declination angle, shadow length and other factors, using the least square method, multivariate statistical analysis and so on, then we construct the shadow length variation model, the latitude and longitude determination model by using EXCEL, MATLAB and other software programming solution. At last, we conclude the likely video location is in Shenyang, Liaoning.
