针对“互联网+”时代出租车行业资源配置的特点,定义“供不应求”指数作为衡量出租车资源供需匹配程度的定量指标.以北京市为例,运用综合评价、价格弹性理论、供需函数等方法,得出在不同时空下出租车的供需匹配变化规律,并对“打车软件”的补贴政策效应进行探讨.
According to characteristics of taxi industry resources allocation in Internet plus era, short supply index was defined as a quantitative index, which can measure the matching degree of supply and demand of taxi resources. Taking Beijing as an example, the methods of comprehensive evaluation, price elasticity theory and supply and demand function were used to find the change rule of supply and demahd of taxi in Beijing under different time and space, and the existing subsidy policy of taxi software was discussed.
