Nowadays there are multiple social factors disturbing the academic atmosphere of the postgraduates.Colleges and universities should insist on dialectical unity of rational cognition and irrational persuasion,emphasizing the ideological and political theory course as the main channel,regulating the relevant system,improving teachers’ self-cultivation,enhancing postgraduates’ professional awareness and reinforcing the construction of postgraduates’ academic atmosphere.
