通过对我国药学硕士专业学位不同类型培养单位的调研,发现药学专业学位培养单位对药学专业学位的认知整体偏低。在药学专业学位研究生培养关键环节的认知上观念一致,但在具体培养上,三类高校还存在较大差异:“985高校”更注重职业性与知识性,“211高校”和其他单位更注重实践性。在药学专业学位认知方面,三类培养单位均应加强;在培养目标方面,三类培养单位应“错位培养”;在知识结构方面,三类培养单位应互相学习。
Through the investigation of different kinds of training units of master degree of pharmacy in China, it was found that the degrees of pharmacy training units' cognition was overall low. In the key point of graduates education in pharmacy, the cognition is almost the same. While in specific training,there are three different types of colleges and universities largely. "985 Project" colleges and universities pay more attention to professional and knowledge aspects, "211Project" universities and other units pay more attention to practice. The paper suggests that the degree of pharmacy professional awareness should be strengthened by three types training units, dislocation culture should be improved, andin the knowledge structure, the three types of training units should learn from each other.
