本文旨在通过研究人口老龄化、疾病谱的变化、护理行业发展的需要,探讨医疗卫生体制的改革,特别是人民群众日益多样化的健康需求对护理人员专业能力带来的挑战,进而从不同层次护理人才培养的比例、教育理念及模式、课程设置、临床实践教学、师资队伍等方面分析我国护理教育现阶段存在的问题,最终提出有针对性地解决措施.
英文摘要：
The purpose of this paper is to explore the ageing of population,changes in disease spectrum,the need for development of nursing profession,the reforms of medical and health system,especially the challenges of increasingly diverse health needs on professional competence in nurses.And then,we will analyze the existent problems of nursing education in China from different proportions of nursing personnel training,education concept and model,course offered,clinical practice teaching and teaching staff,so as to put forward the targeted measures.
