由于教师们习惯了传统课堂的教学方式，短时间内难以掌握微课这种短小精悍的教学形式，所以在微课的开发上依然存在着很多困难。本文对微课开发过程中选题和实施方法的难点进行了分析并提出了相应的解决办法，为微课的开发提供了建议。

Teachers are accustomed to the traditional classroom teaching mode,it is di~cult to grasp this teaching form in short time,so there are still many difficulties in the course of the development of micro. This paper analyzes the difficulties in the selection and implementation of the micro-course development and puts forward the corresponding solutions,which provides suggestions for the development of micro-courses.
