为了培养符合行业需求的应用实践型人才，通过对国际先进培养体系和成功案例的分析，结合我国社会行业发展现状和未来展望，本文对诸如工程人才的定义不明确、从学校中走出来的学生实践能力不足、无法与社会需求相契合等问题进行讨论，试图找到一个符合中国国情的具有中国特色的培养模式，以社会需求为向导，实现对学生实践能力的培养。

In order to meet the needs of the industry to train the application of practical talents,analyzing the international advanced training system and the success of the case,and combined with the development of Chinese social industry status and future prospects,such as the definition of engineering talent is not clear,graduates'practice ability is insufficient,unable to meet the social needs and other issues also are discussed,in order to find a training model in line with China's national conditions.taking social needs as the guide,to achieve the students practical ability's training.
