目的了解大连市中小学生回答某全国慢性病调查问卷多选题的质量,探讨保障问卷调查质量的措施。方法2014年10月对4个多选题,抽查大连市249名中小学生重新回答,进行前后比较。结果多选题“同学不积极参加体育活动的原因”复测结果为“基本一致”的占77.51%、为“相差不大”的占9.64%、为“相差较大”的占12.85%;多选题“喜欢参加的体育项目”复测结果为“基本一致”的占81.53%、为“相差不大”的占7.23%、为“相差较大”的占11.24%;多选题“同学不喜欢参加长跑的原因”复测结果为“基本一致”的占84.74%、为“相差不大”的占9.24%、为“相差较大”的占6.02%;多选题“周末的安排”复测结果为“基本一致”的占87.55%、为“相差不大”的占8.43%、为“相差较大”的占4.02%。4个题目,小学高年级学生、初中生、高中生间,“基本一致”构成比的差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05);各人群内再细分男、女,差异也均无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。结论选项较容易的多选题,符合率约85%;选项较难的,符合率约80%。3个学段之间通常没有明显差异;男女之间没有差异。
Objective To understand the answer quality of some multiple-choice questions (MCQ) in a questionnaire a mong the primary and high school studcnts, so as to explore measures for ensuring the quality of questionnaire survey. Methods In October 2014,a total of 249 primary and high school students were selected in Dalian city to be retested on 4 MCQ and compared with the original test. Results In the multiple choice " the reasons for inactive participation in sports among the students", the retest results of " approximately consistent" accounted for 77.51 % ,"small difference" ac-counted for 9.64 % ,and "large difference" accounted for 12.85%;In the multiple choice " the sports the students like to participate in" ,the retest results of " approximately consistent" accounted for 81.53%,"small difference" accounted for 7.23 %0, and "large difference" accounted for 11.24% ; In the multiple choice "the reasons for the students don't like to participate in the longdistance run", the retest results of "approximately consistent" accounted for 84.74 % ," small difference" accounted for 9.24% ,and "large difference" accounted for 6.02 % ;In the multiple choice "the arrangement for the weekend" ,the retest results of " approximately consistent" accounted for 87.55%," small difference" accounted for 8.43%, and "large difference" accounted for 4.02%. In the 4 multiple choices, there were no significant differences in "approximately consistent" among the higher grade primary students, the junior high school students and the senior high school students( P 〉0.05) ;and there were also no differences between the male and the female( P 〉0.05). Conclusion In the option of the easier multiple choices, the coincidence rate is about 85% ;In the option of the more difficult multiple choices,the coincidence rate is about 80 %. There is no obvious difference among the three periods;and no difference between the male and female.
