文章对高校“学评教”的教师教学评价方式进行实证研究,分析表明:年级对“学评教”评分有显著影响;专业对“学评教”得分有影响,但并不显著。在认可“学评教”的正面价值和作用的基础上,对“学评教”得分进行优化处理,使其能够更加客观公正地反映教师的授课水平。
This article has made an empirical research of the "Student Rating of Teaching" about teaching evaluation methods in colleges and universities. The results showed that the grades had a significant influence on "Student Rating of Teaching" score and the majors had an effect on "Student Rating of Teaching" scores, but they were not prominent. On the basis of accepting the positive valuation and function of the "Student Rating of Teaching", this paper requires into optimizing "Student Rating of Teaching" score to reflect teachers' teaching level more objectively and fairly.
