为分析广西褐翅鸦鹃（Centropus sinensis）的液相指纹特征,建立了样品液相指纹的分析方法。结果表明,通过梯度洗脱,获得了褐翅鸦鹃的12个液相特征指纹峰,方法学分析结果表明,样品的峰面积和保留时间稳定,该液相方法适用于褐翅鸦鹃的HPLC指纹图谱分析。本方法的建立,将为控制褐翅鸦鹃药材质量提供有效的技术参考。
英文摘要：
The HPLC fingerprint of Certtropus sinensis from Guangxi was analyzed. The results showed that 12 characteristic peaks of extract of Centropus sinensis in HPLC fingerprint were obtained by the gradient elution. There was no difference in their retention time and absorption intensify under the chromatographic condition given. The HPLC established was suitable for the HPLC fingerprint analysis of Centropus sinensis. It will provide a reference for controlling the quality of this Chinese herbal medicine.
