目的探讨母亲文化程度与学生健康饮食行为之间的关系。方法问卷调查吃蔬菜、吃水果、吃早餐、喝牛奶的报告率,共调查23981名12~23岁学生。结果5个水平的母亲文化程度之间,不论男、女生,6个健康饮食行为指标的报告率均有统计学意义(P值均〈0.01)。都表现为随着母亲文化程度增高,健康饮食行为报告率也逐渐增高。结论健康饮食行为与母亲文化程度之间存在着密切关联,母亲文化程度低的需要重点关注。
Objective To explore the relationship between the levels of mother education degree (MED) and good food habits (GFH) among students. Methods A total of 23 981 students aged 12-to 23 years old were surveyed with special questionnaires. Four sorts of GFH included eating vegetable (EV), eating fruit ( EF), having breakfast ( HB), drinking milk (DM). Results Both male and female,the difference among five levels of MED were significant on all sorts of GFH( P 〈0.01). Students whose mother had higher MED had the higher GFH;while students whose mother had lower MED had the lower GFH. Conclusion There is close relationship between the GFH and MED. For building GFH,more attention should be paid to students whose mother have d lower MED.
