针对目前化学实验室无纸化资源如何进行优化配置的难题,对该优化配置问题进行了数学建模,将优化配置问题抽象为一个在六维空间内求最优解问题.提出了过滤准则和优化准则,提出了代价距离和均衡度的概念,基于马尔可夫排队网络提出了等待时间的概念,定义了适应度函数,基于粒子群算法设计了优化配置算法.仿真实验证明,该算法在进行资源优化配置时是快速和高效的.
In order to solve the problem of optimal allocation of non-paper resource in chemical laboratories, a mathematical model is set up. We abstract the problem to find an optimal solution in a six-dimensional space. A constraint rule and an optimization rule are presnted, cost distance and equilibration value are given, wait time is defined based on open queuing network too. A fitness function is defined, optimal allocation algorithm based on particle swarm algorithm is established. Simulation experiment on this algorithm shows that it is fast and efficient.
