With the development of social productive forces,globalization has become an objective trend as well as a very important feature of the world.Under such condition,many more overseas exchanges happen in Langfang.Cultural conflicts caused by ineffective communication also appear.It is beneficial to improve personnel intercultural competence concerning foreign affairs for the development of export-oriented economy and the construction of internationalization.Therefore,the governmental departments,enterprises,institutions and universities should try to strengthen and improve intercultural competence in accordance with their own demands.
