以我国汽车制造企业员工为例,通过400余份配对问卷调查表明,转换型领导以组织情绪能力为中介对研发人员创新行为产生正向影响,集体主义导向在转换型领导对组织情绪能力的作用中扮演调节角色。当集体主义导向越高时,转换型领导对组织情绪能力的作用越强。
Based on China's automobile manufacturing enterprise engaged in technology innovation research and development of employees, by using of more than 400 copies of questionnaires show that the organizational emotional capability partly mediates the relationship between transformational leadership and r&d staff innovation; the collectivism orientation in the relationship between transformational leadership and organizational emotional capability plays a moderating role. Namely: when collectivism orientation is higher, the role of transformational leadership on organizational emotional capabihty stronger, and can further promote the r&d staffinnovation.
