许多学者曾尝试对组织文化进行分类,因理论、环境等诸多因素的差异,出现了多种分类方法。竞争价值模型将组织文化分为团队文化、层级文化、灵活文化和市场文化,中国许多学者也曾采用这种分类方法进行研究。作者为了探讨竞争价值模型在中国情景中的适用性,对422份问卷进行探索性因素分析和验证性因素分析。研究结果表明,在中国情景下,组织文化可被分为团队文化、外倾文化和层级文化。基于中国文化特点,本文对这一结果进行了分析。最后,结合中国实际情况,作者提出了相应建议。
Many scholars classified organizational culture in different way based on different theory and situation.Competing values framework divided organizational culture into four groups that were clan culture,hierarchy culture,adhocracy culture and market culture.Some Chinese scholars studied organizational culture based on competing values framework.Authors analyzed 422 questionnaires by exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factory analysis to verify competing values framework within the Chinese context.This paper suggested deviding Chinese organizational culture into three groups that were clan culture,external-orient culture and hierarchy culture.Authors analyzed results based on Chinese culture.Finally,we gave some advice on organizational culture of China.
