A method for simultaneous detection of A1 in different parts of Malian is established. The element is digested by microwave and is detected by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS). The correlative coefficient of the calibration curves is 1. 000 0 ,the recovery factor 95.5% - 103.0%, and the relative standard is I. 656%. The results shows the order according to Al in different parts of Malian from big to small : root, stems ,leaf, flower, seed.
