英文摘要：
The ecological protection and development zone at southeast Chongqing, which is put forward based on the summarization of the experience and lessons, has important era significance. Under current seriously changing social and cultural background, the eco-logical protection zone is new-style positioning for a certain area. In any social development, the existence and development of human beings must be considered, which are the key to the success of the ecological protection zone construction. Based on social, political and economic problems resulting from culture in the process of the zone construction, the development anthropology regards the devel-opment as a process of a kind of culture, economy and politics. The idea and method of the development anthropology have strong guid-ance for the improvement of the implementation effect of the ecological protection zone.
