族群遗产对于该族群而言绝非仅仅是日常生活中存留下来的遗留物，更为重要的是，这些遗产承载了族群内部成员的情感依托、知识与信仰，由此促成了族群成员对于本族群的认同，而这一认同也成为族群遗产保护的关键所在。然而，今天在“国家遗产”、“世界遗产”的申报热潮中，族群遗产不可避免地在国家与世界层面被动员与调动，由此引发了以“遗产”为中介，族群同国家与世界两股力量的遭遇与碰撞。针对这类问题，文章特别强调了族群遗产向“家园遗产”的回归。
英文摘要：
The ethnic heritages is definitely not just the remnants of the past life, but carry the ethnic emotional dependence, knowledge and beliefs among its people, which contribute to the recognition of their group identity, which further becomes the key to the protection of ethnic heritage. However, in the craze of inscription for ＂national heritage＂ and ＂world heritage＂, the ethnic heritages will be inevitably distributed on the nation level and on the world level, which would lead to the encounter and clash of the ethnic groups with the nation and the world. In view of this problem, this paper proposes a return of ethnic heritage to ＂homeland heritage＂.
