当今的遗产事业已然成为世界的大事件、大事务。我国在各类、各种名目、名录的“申遗”实践中，成绩斐然，世界瞩目。然而，我国的遗产事业迄今仍然存在着一些问题，其中最重要的问题是“有遗产，无体系”。所谓“有遗产”，指各种类型、名录数量都无愧于“遗产大国”的称号；所谓“无体系”，指我们还没有找到属于自己独特的遗产体系。我们相信，我国的非物质文化遗产具有一个完整的体系和义理。笔者尝试以“生生遗续”概括，它既可为体，亦可为用。
英文摘要：
Today＇s heritage application has become the major events all over the world. Our country has already gained remarkable achievements of various inscriptions of it. However,there still exist such problems as the so-called ＂with heritage while without system＂. It just means that our country deserves the title of ＂great heritage kingdom＂ with various lists of intangible cultural heritage. But at the same time,we have not found the unique heritage system of our own. Therefore, this paper attempts to explore it with the concepts of self-perpetuation which can be used both as the inherent thinking pattern and oractieal experience.
