Based on the SPSS16.0 software, by one- way factor analysis, according to the first- hand data, the authors quantitatively analyzed the different relations between tourist motivation and the demographic characteristics, and segmented inbound tourist market in Xi' an. Then the authors worked out a pertinence proposal for the inbotmd tourist market exploitation with respect to forming a solid theoretical foundation and providing the technical support for expanding tourism market.
