信息技术与旅游业都被预言为21世纪社会发展的原动力,而两者的天然融合将产生更大的发展空间。随着互联网的普及,消费者获取旅游信息的成本已经越来越低。而信息技术的变革使消费者取得旅游信息的来源也逐渐多元化。在分析网络信息集合的基础上,运用信息决策表和前人的研究成果,对网络信息集合进行分类,并建立旅游信息传播概念模式。实现信息对称最大化、信息传播的多元化,可使旅游者综合感知旅游目的地,达到“试用”旅游产品的虚拟体验,进而做出满意的决策。
Information technology and tourism all were seen as the motive powers in 21 st century and the alliance of two will exploit more space. With the popularity of network, the cost of obtaining tourism information is less and less, the sources of tourist destination information are becoming diversified with the IT transformation. Based on information decision table and others' research findings, the paper constructs a conceptual schema of tour information dissemination, and divides net information into three parts (government and commerce, others' perceptual information, virtual experience). The three message sources are integrated and affected each other, which realize the tour information more transparent and more humanistic, and lessen the asymmetric tourism information phenomenon. As a result, tourist could synthesized realize tourist destination, then make a satisfied decision.
