目的探讨陕南旅游在交通瓶颈解除后如何实现率先突破发展。方法通过多次实地考察以及对当地旅游管理部门的深度访谈,分析了西汉、西康、西商高速公路通车给陕南旅游业带来的机遇以及客源市场的变化。结果提出陕南旅游发展的＂3346工程＂,即着力打造具有针对性的3类旅游产品,构筑3个区域旅游中心,推广4条精品旅游线路,实施六大行动方案。结论陕南应紧抓高速通车机遇,实现旅游经济率先突破发展。
英文摘要：
Aim The main aim is to make a breakthrough development of tourism in southern Shaanxi after traffic bottleneck disappears.Methods Based on the evaluation of the present tourism resources of southern Shaanxi,the changes both on resource of tourism markets and tourism development opportunities based on the open of three highways have been studied.Results The project of 3346 has been proposed,which stands for an effort to create three main types of tourism products,the development of three regional centers,the promotion of four new itineraries,the implement of six major action programs.Conclusion The government of southern Shaanxi should take the opportunities of highway opened,and make a breakthrough development on tourism.
