英文摘要：
Based on 32 articles published on two important tourism journals： Annals of Tourism Research,Tourism Management,this study analyses the state of research on the psychology and behavior of overseas tourism staff.Result shows that they focus on these subjects as perception and attitude on environment,work-family conflicts,job satisfaction,ect.,and concentrate on the frontline staff,mainly on the hotel/hospitality and tourism industry.On the aspect of method,both quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis,are well combined.
