文化创意产业的历史性出场,为民间传统文化的振兴带来了难得的发展机遇,同时也面临着严峻挑战。基于对文化创意和创意产业的概念阐释和特性分析,探讨了文化与创意之间的关系模式,以及文化创意产业的开发战略等问题,并尝试构建一个文化创意产业的开发模式体系,以实现文化创意产业的良性运作。作为实证研究,以选取陕北民间传统文化为例,指出陕北民间传统文化要从文化旅游创意、广播影视创意、新闻出版创意、演艺娱乐创意等方面入手,才能实现“浴火重生”。本研究旨在为传统民间文化资源的创造性开发与保护提供借鉴和参考。
The historic appearance of cultural and creative industries brought rare opportunity for the revitalization of traditional folk culture. At the same time, it also brought severe challenges. Based on the interpretation of the concept and character analysis of cultural creativity and creative in- dustry ,. this paper studied the relationship between culture and creativity. Moreover, it studied the strategy to the development of cultural and creative industries, etc. It also tried to build a model for the development of cultural and creative industries, in order to achieve a benign operation of cultural and creative industries. As empirical research,this paper selected traditional folk culture of Northern Shanxi as an example. It pointed out that to achieve "ashes reborn", much attention should be paid to folk cultural tourism creativity, innovative broadcasting, press and publication creativity, performing arts and entertainment creativity. The purpose of this study was to provide reference to a creative development model of the cultural and creative industries.
