目的通过经前额-纵裂至第三脑室前部人路的显微解剖研究,为临床切除第三脑室前部肿瘤提供解剖学依据。方法10具成人尸头,在显微镜下经前额-纵裂至第三脑室前部进行解剖,用量规和测微尺进行各项数据测量。结果测量双侧嗅神经、颈内动脉之间的距离,视交叉前缘至鞍结节之间的距离,前交通动脉、Heubner回返动脉及它们发出穿支的长度、直径等数据。结论经前额一纵裂至第三脑室前部入路经生理间隙进入,对周围结构损伤小,是切除第三脑室前部肿瘤的较佳人路。
Objective To provide anatomical basis for surgical resection of tumors in anterior part of third ventricle via transfrontal-interhemispheric approach. Methods 10 adult cadaver heads were studied and measured by dissecting from the forehead-diastematia to the anterior part of third ventrical under the microscope. Results Data were gathered including distance between bilateral olfactory nerves and carotid artery, distance between optical chiasm anterior border and tuberculum sellae. The length and diameter of anterior communicating artery, Heubner recurrent artery was also measured. Conclusion This approach was performed through the physiological space, and less injury was made to the surrounding structures. It is a good approach for resection of tumors in anterior part of third ventrical.
