This paper introduces the construction of regular training model for junior nurses,and the basic contents included construction principles,knowledge module,training methods,base construction and care skill admittance management and so on. Moreover,the paper also explores the relative problems existing in application. The implementation of the regular training model can improve junior nurses’ clinical nursing skills and ensure clinical nursing safety.
