设计了内部不含传感元件、加热元件的低成本微反应槽聚合酶链式反应(PCR)芯片,研制了宏观集中控制与微观分散控制有机结合的PCR芯片阵列温度控制系统。宏观集中控制装置以水为媒质通过特制换热器给芯片提供聚合酶链式反应所需的基本温度;在柔性印刷电路板上形成与芯片阵列对应的微型加热器阵列,针对各芯片进行分散的温度补偿。采用串级控制获得微加热器阵列与换热器之间的良好配合,实现各芯片准确、快速的温度控制。
A kind of low cost micro-reactor polymerase chain reaction (PCR) chips is designed in which there is no temperature sensor and beater, and a temperature control system to the array of this kind of chips is developed. The control system is composed of a unitized macroscopic control subsystem and a distributed microcosmic control subsystem. The temperature that PCR chips needed is controlled approximately by unitizing macroscopic subsystem in which water as heat medium is pumped through a special heat exchanger. An array of miniature heaters corre- sponding to the array of PCR chips is made in a flexible printed circuit board that provides temperature compensation to every PCR chip. To be composed of a cascade control system, the miniature heaters cooperate together with the heat exchanger to control the temperature of every chip quickly and accurately.
