To take the signal conditioning of non-standardized thermal resistance on PCB board used in the lowcost PCR chip array control system as an example, a new method for the signal conditioning of non-standardized sensors is studied using standardized sensor signal conditioning circuits. The real of this method is to compensate the difference between the characters of non-standardized sensors and the standardized sensors through the software making use of the dada processing function of measuring system. The hardware of measuring system can be simplified and its reliability and stability can be improved and the time needed to design the measuring system can be also reduced effectively to use the method.
