近年来,大豆异黄酮的抗氧化功能受到人们广泛关注。本文介绍了大豆异黄酮对猪、鸡抗氧化机能的影响,并从淬灭自由基、减轻DNA氧化损伤,抑制脂质过氧化、增强抗氧化酶基因表达和抗氧化酶活性、增加抗氧化蛋白表达及螯合金属离子等方面对大豆异黄酮的抗氧化机制进行了综述。
Soybean isoflavones have recently received great attention for their antioxidant activities by animal nutritionist. In this paper, the effects of soybean isoflavones on antioxidation capacity in livestock and its antioxidant mechanisms were reviewed, which can provide some scientific basis for using it as exogenous antioxidant to increase the antioxidation capacity of livestock and to improve the quality of animal products.
