On the basis of the need of the modern vocational education system, the higher vocational college should comply with the service enhancing, people-oriented and win-win concept and idea to play the leading role, explore the diversified modes of promoting the urban community education development such as the strategic alliance, the guiding service, the resource sharing and the system support, by strengthening the leadership and the innovation mechanism and improving the supervision, to achieve the high-quality, efficient and sustainable development.
