[目的]研究甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐在茭白上的消解动态和残留变化趋势,评价使用安全性。[方法]样品用乙腈提取,LC-MS/MS仪检测,外标法定量。[结果]方法的准确度和精密度符合农药残留分析要求;其在茭白植株中的消解动态规律符合一级动力学方程,半衰期为0.59~3.34 d;按有效成分剂量23~34.5 mg a.i./L,施药2~3次,距末次施药后14、21、28 d采样,茭白中均检测不到其残留(〈0.01×1~(-3)mg/kg)。[结论]甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐按推荐方法剂量在茭白上使用是安全的。
[Aims] The dissi pation dynamics and residues of emamectin benzoate in water bamboo were studied to evaluate the safety of the application of emamectin benzoate. [Methods] Samples were extracted with the acetonitrile,detected by the liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry and the results were quantified by external standard method. In addition, the results were quantified with external standard method. [Results] The accuracy and precision of the method accorded with the requirement for pesticide residue analysis. The dissipation dynamics of emamectin benzoate in plant of water bamboo conform to first order kinetics equation, and the half-lives were 0.59-3.34 d. As emamectin benzoate was sprayed for 2-3 times at the doses of 23-34.5 mg a.i./L, at 14 th, 21 th, 28 th after the last application, the final residues of emamectin benzoate in water bamboo at 14 th, 21 th and 28 th day after the last application were all lower than the minimum detection limit(〈0.01 ×10~(-3)mg/kg). [Conclusions] When emamectin benzoate is applied based on the recommended method and dosage, it is safe to water bamboo.
