从当前客户价值和潜在客户价值两个方面建立指标体系,加入了社会节能对电力客户的影响因素。采用改进的模糊层次分析法计算指标权重,以减少专家评分的不确定性。通过对客户价值细分方法的比较分析,选用了利益细分方法和聚类技术中的K-均值法对电力客户从当前价值和潜在价值两个维度进行聚类,并选取云南省某市级供电企业进行了实证分析。
With consideration of the effect of social energy conservation on power customers, the index system concerning the current and potential values of customers was constructed. The improved fuzzy AHP method was adopted in index weights calculation in order to reduce the subjectivity in expert grading. Based on the comparison analysis of customer value segmentation methods, the benefit segmentation method and the K-means method of clustering technology were used for customer clustering from two dimensions of current value and potential value. Empirical analysis was carried out based on the fact of a municipal power supply enterprise in Yunnan province.
