Based on the uncertainty of wind power and by introducing the loss of load expectation（LOLE） of the reliability index,the LOLE model based on the probability distribution estimation of equivalent generation capacity level was built.The impact of the wind power uncertainty on the reliability of power system was studied and the impact was simulated with example.
