认为可再生能源发电和热电联产机组的发展,增加了分布式电源在配电网络系统中的比重。指出随着分布式电源大规模的接入电网,其对配电网的运行和规划将产生较大的影响。主要研究尖峰需求下含分布式电源的配电网安全运行的可靠性问题;在一个简单配电网的基础上,通过对某个30/10 kV配电变电站2009年实际负荷曲线的数据的算例进行分析,结果表明文中所提出的竞价机制在为电网企业提供投资选择上具有可行性和指导性。
With the advancement of power generation from renewable energy sources and the development of combined heat and power cogeneration units,distributed generation has taken up an increasing proportion of power distribution network.The large-scale connection of distributed generation to power grid will produce profound impact on the operation and planning of distribution network.This paper focuses on safe operation reliability of distribution network with distributed generation in the case of peak demand for electric power.On the basis of a simple distribution network,the paper makes data analysis of the actual load curve of a 30/10 kV distribution substation in the year of 2009.The empirical study shows that the designed bidding mechanism is feasible and instructive in providing investment options to power grid enterprises.
