将电力客户信用评价作为知识库的复杂对象进行系统研究。首先构建了适用于电力企业客户信用管理的评价指标体系,设计出基于混合知识复杂对象的综合评价问题求解流程,在此基础上,推导建立电力客户信用评价BNF范式表达。最后通过算例分析,验证了本文提出的基于混合知识复杂对象的综合评价在电力客户信用评价中的可行性与有效性。
Power clients' credit evaluation is studied as complex object in knowledge base. Firstly, evaluation index system, which is suitable for the power clients'credit management, is built, and synthetic evaluation problem-solving workflow is designed by hybrid knowledge complex object. Based on which, Backus Normal Form (BNF) for the power clients'credit evaluation is derived. Finally, the feasibility and validity of the synthetic evaluation for the power clients' credit evaluation are verified by the calculation results of some actual cases
