分析了六盘水市煤炭资源综合利用电厂对六盘水市电网性能和运营的影响,从供电可靠性、电网运行、运营管理和经济四个方面找出资源综合利用电厂对电网性能和运营的不利影响因素,并提出资源综合利用电厂企业的供用电模式,结合对电网企业的影响分析,促进电网企业与资源综合利用电厂双方在电力需求侧管理关系下的新平衡。提出对资源综合利用电厂的管理建议,指导电网公司对资源综合利用电厂的管理工作。
英文摘要：
The influences of the coal comprehensive utilization resources power plant on performance and operation of power grid in Liupanshui was first analyzed in this paper.Mainly from these four aspects of the power supply reliability,power grid operation,operation management,and economic resources,the negative factors of comprehensive utilization power plant to performance and operation of power grid was found,and the power supply and transmission pattern of comprehensive utilization resources power plant was also proposed.Combined with the analysis of the influences on power grid enterprises,a new balance between the comprehensive utilization resources power plant and power grid enterprises under the DSM was promoted.Finally,management suggestion to the comprehensive utilization resources power plant was proposed,which instructs power grid how to manage the comprehensive utilization resources power plant.
