电力工业的特性以及电力市场的不完全竞争性,使得在新的电力市场环境下,发电企业确定其竞价策略时面临很多的不确定性因素与较大的风险。在传统市场出清价格(MCP)单值预测模型基础上,考虑了发电企业在峰荷时段、平段以及谷荷时段的不同风险偏好,提出了基于分时竞价因子的改进的MCP竞价策略模型。考虑机组出力约束,且兼顾了发电量计划指标和利润最大化的目标,得出了发电企业的最优竞价策略。给出了以美国PJM电力市场数据为基础的算例,证明了本文提出的模型的有效性和实用性。
In the deregulated electricity market, the power generation companies are facing various uncertainties and risks due to the characteristics of the power industry and the incomplete competition in the market. An improved market clearing price (MCP) bidding strategy model based on the hourly bidding factor was proposed. The model takes into account the different risk preference of the power generation companies at different bidding period, the generation constraints of the units, the planned generation output, and the expected maximum profit of the companies. The calculation example using the PJM data proved the model effective and practical.
