结合我国电网建设和管理现状,提出了中国智能电网未来在技术经济领域8项关键问题的研究框架,分别从发电、输电、配电、用电、调度等环节分析建设中国特色的坚强智能电网过程中有待解决的关键问题及可行的技术路径。
Combined with the development and management situation of grid in China, a framework to solve eight key problems of smart grid of China on technical economy for future research was proposed in this paper. The key issues to be resolved and feasible technical path for the construction of strong smart grid with Chinese characteristics were analyzed, togather with power generation, transmission, distribution, power consumption, dispatching and other links.
