论证了对供电企业绩效评价的不可比较和模糊性,提出了管理实践中对供电企业绩效评价的原则。将模糊集理论引入综合评价的过程,按照实际需求确立了各评语的隶属度函数。首次将Γ函数应用于供电企业的绩效评价,以此提出了一种对供电企业经营绩效的模糊综合评价方法,使得该方法在实际管理中对供电企业经营状况的评价具有可操作性且更加真实有效。
Based on the fuzziness of performance evaluation for power supply enterpises, the principles of performance evaluation in management practice were proposed. The fuzzy-set theory was intoduced to the process of comprehensive evaluation, and the membership functions for various remarks were deternined based on actual demand. Based on that, a fuzzy evaluation method was proposed which applies the F function to performance evaluation for power supply enterprises for the first time. The method was proved practicable and effective through case study.
